The Speedmaster CD 102 benefits from a comprehensive range of

innovative Intellistart process-oriented operator guidance system
ensures optimum integration of the Speedmaster CD 102 into the
Prinect workflow. The Prinect Easy Control color measuring system,
which is fully integrated into the machine control station, reduces
paper waste levels.
The Preset Plus Feeder achieves uninterrupted production for
the widest possible range of substrates from the very outset. The
speed-compensated Alcolor inking and dampening system with Vario
function delivers consistent color excellence. AutoPlate enables
fast plate changes and short makeready times. The AirTransfer
System ensures contact-free sheet travel. And the coating unit with
chambered blade system satisfies even the most exacting coating
requirements.
The Speedmaster CD 102 is not simply known for its
productivity, quality, and reliability. Star System peripherals
perfectly coordinated with the press benefit from highly efficient
operation and conserve resources. In addition to air-cooled
peripherals, Heidelberg also offers water-cooled units, which
reduce power consumption further still. What's more, heat can
be recovered from this circuit to heat water or control indoor
temperatures.
