System for the highly automated in-line production of squarecut labels, with integrated banding process
The automatic POLAR Autocut 115 cutting machine is the main
component of the SC -21 LabelSystem for the efficient production of
squarecut labels.
With up to 1,200,000 labels per hour it provides maximum
performance with a minimum number of operatorsand sets the standard
for the industrial production of labels. First of all the sheet is
cut manually into strips on a strip cutter. The strips are
automatically loaded into the Autocut where they are cut into
labels.
