The Diana 45 is designed to produce excellent results. Long folding paths in the prefolder and folding station make sure that the blanks are gently conveyed. The minimum pressure applied for compression can be finely adjusted, a feature that is particularly important for blanks with sensitive surfaces.
 
Electronic, blank-dependent speed control for the compression and delivery section ensures that the spacing set for the shingled stream is precisely maintained while keeping compression uniform even when the carton flow is interrupted, for instance to eject a defective carton detected by a quality control system. A wide variety of systems can be integrated for quality control. This minimizes waste. Code readers identify packaging to avoid mix-ups and inspect color completeness and tolerance.
 
The optional alignment module behind the feeder enables blanks to be aligned on the right-hand or left-hand side.
