The individual units are now fine-adjusted and connected to one another. Our Systemservice technicians make sure the backlash and panel gaps are exactly as they were meant to be. Just like all our printing presses, the Speedmaster XL 105 was completely assembled and tested in our Wiesloch factory before being delivered - which makes its final installation now much easier.

Phase 4: Installing peripheral cabinets and panels.
While part of our Systemservice team is busy working on the Star System on the backside, the other part is now installing the catwalk complete with panels and security barrier at the front. With raised machines such as this one, panels do not only play an aesthetic role: they also contribute to the safety of the working environment.
