holders attended today's Annual General Meeting of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (Heidelberg) at the town's hall Heidelberg covering the fiscal year 2003/04.

Around 65 percent of Heidelberg's share capital were represented. The shareholders entitled to vote approved all seven items on the agenda with 97 percent.
