Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (Heidelberg) held its Annual
General Meeting today in the Stadthalle Heidelberg.

issue a dividend of 1.40 Euro for each individual share entitled to
a dividend was passed by almost 100 percent of the shareholders.
The dividend will be distributed from tomorrow, September 12, 2002.
Likewise, almost 100 percent of the votes cast passed the
resolution regarding the acceptance of the control and profit and
loss transfer agreement concluded between Heidelberger
Druckmaschinen AG and Heidelberg Boxmeer Beteiligungs-GmbH.
All the other points on the agenda were also passed virtually
unanimously.
The Annual General Meeting was attended by around 1300
